At Arc, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a garment doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition with tags attached.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your digital return confirmation.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
